Music can to soothe everyone with its invigorating sound. It has special powers – it can replenish the soul, fulfill our hearts, ad bring joy and energy to those who listen. We believe that music from Nepal captures everyone’s attention having distinct, varied and often peaceful melodies which can tame even the heart of even a lion. While people’s passion for Nepalese music has significantly evolved as the years have passed – these days we have so much film music, but also Bhajan, Lok and Dhori, and of course the increasingly popular modern music – but we will also never forget or overlook the classical and cultural traditions of our music, that are and should remain, preserved to remind everyone of the rich culture of early inhabitants of Earth. India and Nepal, as one of the oldest cultures of the world, has still widely practicing classical and cultural music which have influenced and extends even to other southern countries of Asia.
